Steel sheet form parts are specifically designed for timber frame construction to transfer tensile forces in existing or new wooden structures. They enable the transmission of high loads from the wood into the concrete. Wooden structures that must accommodate uplift forces are secured to floor slabs or foundations with HTT tension anchors. The long back plate allows for the placement of the necessary number of CNA4.0×1 comb nails while adhering to the required nail spacing on the wooden stud, even when a horizontal threshold is present below. An alternative to the HTT tension anchors are tension anchors, both single and double-part, as well as angle connectors AKR95, AKR135, or AKR285. The specified static values refer to anchorages without additional washers; however, washers may be used but are not included in the delivery. The load capacities increase when using a washer. Steel grade 33 according to ASTM A-653, corrosion protection of 275 g/m² on both sides - equivalent to a zinc layer of approximately 20 µm. The lower connecting leg does not require pressure contact with the ground. Supports: concrete, steel, wood, wood-based materials. Application area: This tension anchor allows for optimal connection of wooden structures with concrete substructures, as is commonly reinforced in timber frame construction. A connection through the ceiling enables the transfer of tensile loads from the roof down to the foundation.
