The Uvex PHEOS ALPINE is a multifunctional helmet designed for work at heights, rescue operations, and arborists. It combines the features of an industrial safety helmet according to the EN397 standard with the requirements of a mountaineering helmet according to the EN12492 standard. The helmet has side attachments for optional hearing protection as well as mounting options for a headlamp, full-vision goggles, and a face shield. It also meets additional requirements for low temperatures down to -30 °C. A permanently riveted four-point chin strap is already installed, and an additional strap according to EN397 is included. The helmet shell is made of ABS and is very lightweight. The six-point textile suspension ensures an optimal fit. The size adjustment is made using a continuous rotary wheel system. Additionally, a black PU sweatband is standard.
