Two soldering irons for maximum flexibility

The WX 2 soldering station has two connections for soldering irons. If you use only one connection, you can utilize a 200-watt soldering iron. When both connections are occupied, each port can handle up to 120 watts. The maximum power consumption of the soldering station is 255 watts. The temperature for each soldering iron can be individually adjusted.

Digital sensor evaluation and soldering iron-specific parameterization

Each soldering iron compatible with the power unit has an integrated temperature sensor and an internal memory that stores the settings made. This allows you to switch between stations with one soldering iron while retaining its settings. The evaluation of the temperature sensors enables an adjustment accuracy of ±2 °C.

Efficient and durable

Motion sensors within the soldering iron detect when you set the tool down and report this to the soldering station. Subsequently, the temperature is automatically lowered to a value defined by you. When you pick up the soldering iron again, it reaches its working temperature within seconds. This not only saves electricity but also extends the lifespan of the soldering tip.
