Measuring and monitoring torque screwdriver for controlled clockwise and anti-clockwise fastening, with dual scale (cN-m and ozf-in/lbf-in), featuring a 1/4" hex socket drive for use with 1/4" bits sized to DIN 3126 C 6.3. The display is accurate to ± 6% tolerance of the displayed value, in accordance with DIN EN ISO 6789:2003 Class 1D, based on national standards, with a friction pointer function in both fastening directions to lock the maximum values/maximum value display. It is lightweight due to anodised aluminium handles and is EPA-compliant (EPA = Electrostatic Protected Area), suitable for use in electrostatically sensitive applications. 5. Gedore Torque multiplier DVV-13Z DREMOPLUS 1300 Nm 3/4 ″ aluminium
Mechanical, hand-operated torque multiplier with a curved reaction arm (Z-shape) for controlled tightening and loosening of screw connections. It features a single-stage planetary gear and a housing made of high-performance aluminum. The curved reaction arm is made of forged chrome-vanadium steel and can optionally be upgraded with a straight reaction arm (L-shape) with an adjustable reaction square made of lightweight metal. The gear ratio is 1:5 effective and must be used in conjunction with a torque wrench. The output square drive has a hole for screw inserts with a securing pin and ring, with an accuracy of better than ± 3% tolerance.

Controlled screw tightening in the range of 0.4 - 2 Nm. Suitable for series or assembly line production. Designed for extreme continuous use. Direct attachment of the insert in the wrench through CP internal drive reduces the overall length. For both right and left tightening (the wrench only needs to be rotated 180°). Bending of the handle up to 20° upon reaching the torque value makes over-tightening unlikely. Lightweight yet sturdy and corrosion-resistant construction.
