The non-porous material resists bacterial growth, and this durable device cleans effectively yet much gentler than sonic nylon bristles. The versatile brush surface features thinner silicone bristles on the front for gentle cleansing of sensitive or normal skin and thicker silicone bristles at the tip for precision cleaning. The wider silicone bristles on the back are designed for cleansing and refreshing oily or greasy skin. You will never need a replacement brush, and each full charge lasts for up to 300 uses.
