Hello Lizzy Up to now, all our brush heads have fitted without any problems. If I were you, I would contact Phillips directly or the Galaxus customer service. This is not really allowed.
We used to have Sonicare for Kids (toothbrush) + other Philips toothbrushes.
In our experience, all Sonicare attachments fit all Sonicare devices, regardless of whether they are for kids or not.
This also corresponds to the description according to https://www.philips.ch/c-dam... (from this pdf "Brush heads can be freely combined with all Philips Sonicare sonic toothbrushes, except CleanCare.").
However, we have almost only used Kids attachments on Sonicare for Kids devices (and the normal attachments on the normal Philips Sonicare), as the product compatibility is not stated so broadly on the products themselves (as far as I remember); but fitting on them is OK.

According to the information available, the toothbrush heads for "Philips Sonicare For Kids" fit all models with a click-on mechanism. If your adult model also uses Click-On, you can safely use them.

Yes, no problem. When our daughter's toothbrush is empty, she simply puts her attachment on one of ours.

Yes, these fit perfectly. It's the same system. The brushes for the "kids" are simply shorter. As far as I know, there are two different age categories, each with its own length. And in my opinion, these are also suitable for adults. Depending on how the jaw / mouth is built.
