2 out of 4 brush heads from this pack do not fit on the Sonicare. Has anyone had this before? I then bought a pack of 2 in the shop, but these two don't fit either. Did I miss something? According to the internet, they should all fit. I am a bit at a loss.

Hello Lizzy Up to now, all our brush heads have fitted without any problems. If I were you, I would contact Phillips directly or the Galaxus customer service. This is not really allowed.
