They replace the expected smooth leather upper with a croc-textured, embossed cowhide on both the upper and the 3-Stripes. The tongue and heel moustache are made from premium nubuck leather, and the aglets are made from gold metal. One shoe features Wales Bonner gold foil branding and the other features adidas Superstar branding.
