How to measure your hand circumference:

• Measure around the knuckles of a slightly clenched hand without the thumb. The measuring tape should fit loosely around the hand.

How to measure your hand length:

• With your hand extended, measure from the wrist to the longest point (the middle finger).

If you are between two sizes, choose the smaller size for a snug fit or the larger size for a looser fit. If you don't have a measuring tape, you can use a piece of string and then measure it against a ruler.
