Test Report

Eleven rotary hammers in a practical test

With its multi-hammer, Metabo shows what is possible in terms of power, ergonomics and versatility - admittedly, the test winner costs around 250 euros. Black & Decker offers the test tool with the best price/performance ratio. Tools for less than 100 euros drill well, but are heavy and hardly usable for chiselling work. The TÜV also subjected the tools to a safety check, tested their stability in a drop test and checked tools and user manuals for mandatory safety instructions and descriptions.
