Hello together I suggest to Digitec that for products shipped via Planzer Paket, an estimated delivery time of 1 - 7 days, or "sometime when it fits" is generally displayed instead of the usual "next day". This would improve communication considerably. It would be easier to decide and the expectations would be more in line with reality. Can something like this be implemented? What do you think? Unfortunately, I have noticed that many product details have been entered incorrectly. E.G. (just now) with PC fans: I corrected several air volume specifications until I got tired of it (e.g. Sharkoon, Be Quiet ...). Check with the manufacturer before you buy something. Galaxus does not attach much importance to correct information, it seems to me.

Hello, I recently bought a bicycle derailleur on the Galaxus.fr website. The product was in stock when I bought it online. Now the order shows a delivery date between 9 and 12/9 and also the words "Ordered from supplier", which I'm wondering about. Could this mean that the product is not necessarily in stock with the supplier? Thank you for sharing your experience.
