Do you also have problems with data connections abroad?
My 5 family members, all with different devices, report this problem again and again.
Also in different countries: Germany, Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Austria...
The mobile phone is registered in the network, but rarely establishes a data connection.
For example:
Croatia, Huawei P Smart Plus only works on Telemach network, Samsung A40 only on Tmobile network.

It would be really great if you could add more than 5 people to Family + Friends. I still have several family members who would like to join me. It would only be an advantage for digitec if I could bring even more customers to them. Or what is the reason for the limitation to 5? It would also help to defuse the problem that if one person leaves, the flat rate is gone.
All vouchers disappeared when switching to galaxus mobile
With almost all of our 11 subscriptions, the current voucher codes for the basic fee have disappeared after this changeover from digitec connectvto galaxus mobile and there are suddenly costs! What a disaster!

Discrimination tariffs on the part of Digitec-Connect
I can't afford anything with an IV pension and a degree of invalidity of 100% without possible reintegration measures. Everything unlimited incl. 5G option for 6 francs a month. For all young adults who draw IV because of Corona 19, Long Covid, vaccination damage and other illnesses. Everything else is discriminatory.
A subscription for students has been available for ages (12.-). Subscriptions for people with disability insurance should be even cheaper. I would suggest unlimited everything incl. 5G for a total of 8.- €.
Digitec mobile Network is really very bad. It drags especially inside Buildings . While Swisscome runs. I had this experience near Wadenswil, Richterswil (ZH). While Swisscom just runs.

Until recently, I could look up the redeemed promo code and its duration for each number in my Family Package. Today I noticed that this is no longer available. Has this option been removed or am I doing something wrong?

Every month I receive 7-8 SMS messages from 588xxx on my Digitec Connect account. However, I do not receive this on my mobile phone.
Does anyone know this? Does anyone know what this is all about?
Is it worth spending an extra 8 CHF for 5G or 4G is enough ?
I get a ping of ~40 with 170download and 20upload in Zumikon-Zurich.
What are your experiences with the speed / location ?
In the description of digitec contect there is no minimum contract period. But under "good to know" it is noted that you can cancel the subscription every month, but the annual or two-year fee is not refunded. Does this only apply to existing customers or also to new customers?
Do I pay the subscription monthly or for the whole two years? Can I cancel every month without paying for the remaining months? I am confused.

My wife and I would like to take advantage of the current Digitec connect promotion (15.- CHF/mt. for basic fee). However, our business subscriptions from Swisscom can only be ported to 18.07. and therefore we can only switch then. Is it still possible to benefit from the promotion (without buying the voucher by means of a one-off investment)?

Galaxus Mobile Basic costs 14 francs and includes 3 GB in Switzerland, Galaxus Mobile CH Unlimited costs 19 francs and has unlimited data in Switzerland.
If I book the Basic subscription and exceed the 3 GB once, I pay an additional 5 francs per GB. Is there no longer a cost limit with this subscription if I activate "automatically add packages" in my settings?
In that case, it could be a nasty cost trap. I can't find any info on this in the somewhat sparsely published information so far, so it seems to be the case....
All in all, I can't quite understand the point of the Basic subscription.

Btw: does "MULTI-SIM" at Digitec-Connect mean the same or the same functions as at Swisscom?

Somehow all the information could have been presented a little more completely.
I inserted the digitec connect SIM card yesterday evening, and shortly afterwards I was able to make calls and access the network via mobile data. However, sending and receiving text messages does not work, which is stupid because certain 2FA are attached to it.
Where/what do I need to check? Everything seems to be OK with the access points.
The smartphone runs with Dual SIM, the other SIM is Swisscom. Everything works there. I have now tried swapping the SIM slots, deleting the access points for Swisscom and also only using the digitec SIM. That hasn't helped either so far.
Any tips ?

In November it is particularly interesting to switch because of the ongoing Black Friday Month promotion.
I'm currently with upc mobile, the minimum contract period of my subscription has expired, so I could switch immediately.
How is the notice period (1 month) handled when I switch? If my existing subscription is cancelled in November (by digitec), it doesn't actually end until 31.12. Can I still benefit from the promotional price?
My wife's subscription runs until 27.1.23. What happens if I also want to switch her subscription to Digitec?

- This offer expires after two years. I find that a bit tedious. My sister told me there is also an attractive subscription that doesn't expire after two years, but you have to pay for it in advance. I haven't found that.
- When you buy a mobile phone, you are promised a discount on a subscription. But this is the same as the discount that is given anyway with Digitec Connect. I don't quite understand this.
