You ask a question to customer service and after a relatively short time you get a very polite answer from a customer advisor. If you want to reply to the answer by e-mail, perhaps to find out more details, you get a generated reply asking you to use the Digitec assistant and the whole procedure starts all over again.Sorry, but what kind of stupid system is this if you can't reply directly to the customer advisor by e-mail.I've never experienced anything like it anywhere else.

AHHHH! the main page has been tampered with again! and this time the layout looks even worse than last time - as if that were possible. my eyes simply hurt! people, stop fiddling around with a good-looking main page all the time to force some ugly layouts on us! if you have to justify your wages, then do it somewhere else where you won't notice the lack of talent and aesthetic sense! too many brainstorm sessions with too much macchiato are not good for the brain. bring back the normal, old main page AGAIN!!! meanwhile, i'm switching my galaxus bookmark directly to my profile again, so i don't have to experience this miserable catastrophe.

The CMF Watch Pro 3 has been available / released internationally for some time, but I can't find the watch anywhere in Switzerland? Is there a plan for when the watch will be available in Switzerland or if it will be available at all?

When will you be adding the Roborock Saros 10 and 10R to your range? The Saros 10 and Saros 10R can be ordered from Amazon from today for 1350€, but are not available in Switzerland at the moment.
