Good evening. I bought the H14 PRO in December 2024. For a few days now, the motor has been running intermittently. The vacuum cleaner, on the other hand, continues to work fine. I've cleaned the hose with the broom provided, I've cleaned the dust filter, I've reset it, I've disconnected it from the app, but the defect continues. In addition, when I put the machine on the charging base, the charging starts but after a few seconds the display switches off and the battery doesn't recharge.
