I'm a bit stunned that it's supposedly not possible to track a television.
How can that be? Is it because I have allowed slower despatch?
I generally think it's perfectly legitimate not to track small, low-value orders (parcels that can sometimes be left on your doorstep), but surely you can send something as large and expensive as a TV without tracking these days?
I don't know which supplier, I don't know what day the TV is coming, and I don't have a time, I don't have anything at the moment.
All I can do now is hope that I happen to be there when the TV arrives and if not then I'll probably have to find some way of getting the TV picked up from somewhere and delivered to my flat.
Is that normal for Galaxus?
