Hello Forum I purchased a regular Windows 11 licence from you. The product key was covered with a scratch-off layer on the packaging. When I uncovered it, this layer unfortunately bonded so strongly with the print that the key became unreadable or damaged. After my enquiry with Digitec Support, I only received the advice to carefully remove the key. As this is no longer possible and you apparently do not provide replacement keys yourself, I am now without a usable licence - even though I purchased the software regularly. Does anyone have any idea how I can still get my valid licence key? Is it possible to obtain a replacement key using the proof of purchase or the serial number on the packaging? Many thanks for your support.

Does anyone have experience with insect screens on double-sash (tilt and turn) windows? Do adjustable tensioning frames still work reliably, or are cut-to-size nets with Velcro or magnetic fastenings the only practical solution?

Hello dear Community, After years of loyal service, my current HP PC is unfortunately no longer compatible with Windows 11. The CPU doesn't fulfil the requirements and an upgrade is unavoidable. But I didn't want to replace everything - especially my DDR4 RAM, which is still in top shape. Initial situation Mainboard: ATX form factor CPU: Intel Core i7 7700 (older generation, not Win11-compatible) RAM: 128 GB DDR4 (multiple modules, good capacity and speed) Graphics: Nvidia Geforce GTX 1070 8GB RAM My goal: A new motherboard and CPU that support Windows 11 but can still use DDR4 RAM. Area of application: Office, photo editing, sometimes games Which mainboard and which CPU can you recommend that is DDR4 compatible? Thanks for your feedback

I have a WD 14TB hard disc (second-hand, not from Digitec) that no longer boots up. Is there anything I can do? (I don't really need the data on it)? Or in other words: how much would a repair cost?
