I ordered a graphics card on 30 November.
It should have been delivered to me on 2 December. However, DHL informed me that the parcel had been damaged in transit and needed to be repacked.
On 3 December, DHL apparently realised that the contents were also damaged and informed the sender (Galaxus). As of today, 7 Dec, I have no further information about my order. Neither from DHL nor from Galaxus. I don't know whether the goods have been sent back and a replacement might be sent, or whether they are lying around somewhere at DHL.
Has anyone had the same experience and can tell me how this will work?
