
AirPods Max
Ladies and Gentlemen, I ordered new AirPods Max from you on 30/07/2025 and received a returned item. I contacted your company in advance by telephone to enquire about the authenticity (sealed) of the goods. The statement confirmed to me over the phone that it was original, VERSIEGELTE NEW GOODS turned out to be false. Incidentally, the conversation was recorded. The AirPods Max you supplied do not correspond to the item description. Contrary to your statement, they are not new goods, but returned goods. These business practices are incomprehensible, especially since returns are offered at a significantly lower price on your website. The AirPods Max were ordered on 30 July and received on 2 August. A check revealed that the product had already been registered with Apple on 22 May 2025. This means that a significant part of the regular Apple warranty (approx. two and a half months) has already expired. In addition, the original packaging was not sealed, as is usual for new Apple products. For these reasons, I am exercising my right to return the AirPods Max. In return, I expect an immediate refund of the payment I have already made. I recommend that all buyers who order Apple products from you make sure that the packaging is still shrink-wrapped. Otherwise, it can be assumed that the item has already been sold and returned several times.
