Well, you simply get a huge monitor wall, I personally would choose a 32 inch monitor with a 4K UHD 3840x2160 pixel resolution, because this configuration is much less wide and you still have a very good resolution. With a 27-inch monitor, 2560x1440 pixels is fine, but you won't get small fonts razor-sharp. Two screens always have several disadvantages: you need several cables, you have to adjust the brightness and colour on both, which is relatively cumbersome, and then the power consumption is also much higher, as is the price. My suggestion would be this model, it is very well equipped and also offers 144Hz, but with a very sharp 4K UHD resolution and HDMI 2.1 connections: Gigabyte M32UC (3840 x 2160 Pixels, 31.50")

I don't think the 165 Hz will lead to screen tearing. But if you don't want to buy a good PC anyway, I would buy a 120 Hz monitor, otherwise it's a waste of money.

Try another DP/HDMI cable and see if the cables are plugged in tightly. If another cable has not helped, then RMA.

The limit is probably the processor of the notebook, because the internal display also counts as a monitor and then there can also be problems with the refresh rate if more than one monitor has to do 60 Hz. Many docking solutions can do 4K at 60 Hz with one monitor or two monitors at 1920 x 1080 at 60 Hz. So it depends on the CPU and also on the possibilities of the docking solution. Instead of three screens with 2560 x 1440 pixels, I would take two with a 4K UHD solution with 3840 x 2160 pixels resolution, which brings more image in better sharpness, which works very well especially with text. Or alternatively, choose two 34-inch widescreen 3440 x 1440 pixel displays instead of three with 2560 x 1440 pixels.
