Food processor for pizza dough & bread dough, among other things

I would like to buy a food processor specifically for kneading pizza dough and bread dough (max. 2kg dough). Has anyone had any good experiences and can recommend an appliance specifically for pizza and bread dough? It is particularly important to me that the machine does not move during kneading and that it can be left unattended for a short time. Thank you very much

Shouldn't a cumulative filter (AND instead of OR) be used for the filter functions?

Specifically: If I select "Weighing" and "Mixing" for the functions, I should only be shown appliances that can do both and not 120, of which 50 can mix and 70 can weigh.

    Swiss power adapter

Has anyone purchased a kitchenaid that comes with a power adapter? The power adapter provided with ours doesn’t appear to fit on to the end of the plug of the kitchenaid properly.

    Ankarsrum akm6230 and akr6230??

I don't understand what exactly the difference is. Is it the accessories or is it a previous model. It's difficult to start a product comparison when half of the information is missing...and there are huge price differences of up to 200.- €. Thanks :)

    Kitchenaid Heavy Duty or

Will you ever sell the Kitchenaid Heavy Duty on 4.9 L again? Otherwise, can you recommend something with similar displacement (4.9 L) with the same or even better engine performance?

Cut fries AND vegetables with the machine

I really just want a machine that can cut vegetables into different shapes, cheese and so on, plus potato slices and chips in different thicknesses! I already have an arsenal of kitchen machines (dough beater, mixer, shredder, spiral slicer and many other things that just can't be expanded...) and don't want to have everything 2 and 3 times over... Not so easy... But maybe you know of a solution that isn't sooo expensive? I thank you in any case for ideas... Greetings

When will the new Kenwood KVC 85.314SI Titanium Chef Baker XL be listed at Galaxus?

They are already listed at Techmania and PC Ostschweiz as well as Microspot, but I only order from Galaxus! :-)

When is the Titanium Chef Patissier XL coming?

Do you already have a date for the market launch of the Chef Patissier XL in Switzerland? I saw the product on the Kenwood website and think it's brilliant. https://www.kenwoodworld.com/de-de...

Cake baking with the food processor - curse or blessing?

Hello together! I am an enthusiastic hobby baker and actually manage well by hand or with a hand mixer at home. However, I have always dreamed of having my own Kenwood food processor, as I think I could raise my level even further. However, I can well imagine that a food processor also has its disadvantages. If you mix a cake batter for too long, too much gluten will form and the cake will have a bready consistency. Has this ever happened to you with a food processor? What are your experiences with the food processor? What are your opinions about making cake batter or desserts in general with the food processor? I am already looking forward to your answers!
