HWP2 radiant heaters heat exactly where the heat is needed: Highly efficient halogen tubes generate short-wave IR radiation, similar to the sun's rays. These are noticeable immediately after switching on and heat the people, surfaces and objects they hit. This is why these units are suitable for special tasks where other heaters fail: for example, as workplace or machine heating in large halls, for draughty traffic areas or rooms that are only used sporadically. Likewise in the catering trade or in the private garden: these units can even be used for sensible heating outdoors, as the wind does not blow the heat away, as it does with gas radiators, for example. The high efficiency and the long life of the halogen tube of ø 7000 hours make these units interesting for many applications. In addition to simple on/off switches, dimmers, motion detectors or timers are recommended for control.
