A light green thermometer promises spring-like mild temperatures, while thick blue droplets indicate high humidity, and the weather symbol in the center announces a rain shower: With the Meteochrome wireless weather station, you are not only well-informed about current weather developments – thanks to the vivid, colorful symbol display of temperature and humidity, reading the measurements is actually quite enjoyable. Both the color and shape of the symbols adapt to the latest values. The special VA display offers a remarkably better display quality, which is more contrasted and color-intensive in all four brightness levels than what is typical for conventional weather stations with inverted LCDs. A wireless transmitter with a range of up to 100 meters transmits current data from your (front) garden, while integrated sensors at the base station measure the indoor climate. With the push of a button, you can choose whether you prefer to see the indoor or outdoor values in color. Additionally, Meteochrome can display maximum and minimum values, including the time of recording, as well as the date and day of the week in six different languages. The time zone can be set manually. Surrounding the informative display is a high-quality black frame with a brushed aluminum look, making the wireless weather station in protected TFA design suitable for any modern interior – whether placed on a dresser or prominently displayed on the wall. The base station and transmitter operate on three and two standard AA batteries, respectively (not included). Optionally, Meteochrome can be expanded to include up to three thermo-hygro transmitters, which are available separately.
