Hi, it worked for us for a few months. We simply took the water from the tap. However, our appliance had a fault and water just ran out recently. It broke down. Out of interest, I took it apart and saw that the transducer was poorly attached to the housing. As a result, water got onto the circuit board and it burnt out. Overall, the device worked very well. Fortunately, Galaxus is a very good company and they refunded me the cost.

In the beginning I used tap water, but afterwards the floor was covered with a white film. After that I only used distilled water, which is good, but it quickly becomes expensive. I haven't tried using filters.
