I am currently using the ultrasonic humidifier from Xiaomi. Although happy with it, I noticed it spreads white dust everywhere due to hard water. Does this model solves the problem? Has anyone noticed anything? Thanks.

Yes, as it is an evaporative humidifier, this is better. It is even better to use distilled water.

Yes, this model addresses the problem. There is no white dust anywhere. As another user commented, it may be even better using distilled water.
