This filter fits into the HU4816/10, but unfortunately it is not high enough compared to the filter supplied and therefore has a poorer performance---sorry, wrong description! Same experience as Anonymous: According to the description, this filter (FY2401) should fit the HU4816/30 humidifier (4 l model). But it is too low for that. Also according to the manufacturer (Philips homepage), only the larger filter FY2402 fits the HU4816/10 humidifier.
