Dual motor scooter
Are there actually road-legal scooters with 2 engines or is this technically not possible due to the restrictions?

Brand new Xiaomi unpacked, assembled, charged. Then installed app (added eScooter exactly as instructed). Displays charging status (100%) etc. via Bluetooth connection. App is therefore paired with scooter. As soon as you switch it on, it beeps every approx. 10 seconds. This is actually (according to the web) an indication that it is not paired. What should I do? (I have already reinstalled the app once and switched the iPhone off and on again).

Hello, I'm wondering about the relevance and, above all, the morality of selling products that are banned for use in Switzerland? As a reminder, electric scooters exceeding 20km/h are banned from circulation in Switzerland. Of course, you're bound to tell me that these machines can be used on private land without being on the public highway, but that's an argument in bad faith, because we know where these vehicles end up in the end. Serious accidents are on the increase and Galaxus should ask itself whether it is responsible for some of these accidents.

I'm looking for a space-saving scooter that I can slide under the seat on the train without annoying the other passengers. Any advice? Thanks

Hello all, I have Segway-Ninebot MAX G2 D, warranty till 22.7.2026. These scooters do not have great sealing of front wheel bearing, I had to RMA one before 1000km - front wheel lot of noise, I got a new one, having again 1000km+ and eventually when you ride through some dirt (I am trying to avoid it most of the time), the front wheel/bearing starts to make noise, dirt gets in. You can still ride, but.. I still have warranty, but this is more "product wear", can Galaxus provide some service? Is there some Segway scooter service in Zurich? I would pay 50-100 CHF to some service, where they would clean up the scooter, replace front wheel bearing. I will need it probably every 1000km. Otherwise the scooter is great. I probably do not want to RMA this every few months. Please let me know your thoughts or if you solved that somehow? I don't want to mess with it at home, the assembly of front wheel is quite annoying. Thanks

I would like filters for the warranty period that the manufacturer gives, according to the motto "if the manufacturer is convinced of his product, he can also give more than 2 years warranty". And I would like to be able to filter according to maximum load capacity (my girlfriend is a medium to heavyweight and so I have one more criterion when choosing a scooter...). Technically, it shouldn't be a problem to install these two filters. It's more of a motivation problem. So dear Community, whoever supports me in my wish will help to keep the shop here "innovative" ;)

Good day to all For all those who are looking for someone in the Lucerne region to do repairs and tyre changes on Xiaomi e-scooters: I had a flat tire on my rear wheel (Pro2) and contacted him. I quickly got an answer as to which tyres I wanted (standard 50.- or CST V3 60.-). I decided on the CST because they are supposedly better and the rear tyre broke twice in a very short time. "Good, will be 60.- incl. new tube and mounting, you can come by the day after tomorrow evening". I went to him, dropped off the scooter and went for a short walk, and after half an hour I was done. Paid the 60.- and left satisfied and good =) I can only recommend, tyre change was done quickly and above all cheaply! 60 francs is top. When I had my tyres changed before, I had to pay 105 francs for a new tyre (standard) and inner tube! I thought I'd let you know because I had a great experience and I think he's happy for a bit of publicity. And I get a bit upset when someone pays 100 Stutz for a tyre change! Greetings and have a nice day

According to Art. 51 VST, the manufacturer and the power in kW must be labelled on the motor. Otherwise it does not comply with the regulations. My G30D, which I bought from Galaxus at the time as "authorised", has neither. And a colleague's Xiaomi 4 Ultra has the power in W (not kW) on it, but the manufacturer is missing... Is anyone else affected? It would also be nice if Galaxus would look into this.

Hi, I'm currently thinking about selling my car and switching to e-scooters / public transport. My main use would be from home to the station and then from the station to work. I had a few questions that I couldn't find an answer to quickly. Where are e-scooters actually allowed to be ridden? Can you ride them on pavements? Do you have to use the cycle lane or even ride on the road? Can you simply take the e-scooters on the train? There is a kind of additional charge for bicycles. Would be glad if someone with experience could help me with this. Thanks in advance!

Hello, I wanted to know if anyone has ever unbridled a scooter okai?

I'm looking for an approved scooter with a detachable battery (so I don't have to climb up to the 8th floor to charge it.....). I've only found one Twheels model. Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance Dear Galaxus team, Could you add a filter for models with a detachable battery that allows you to 1. recharge the battery separately and/or 2. to increase autonomy with an additional battery? 3 years ago you replied to another member that there were only a few models with this feature, but now it's gradually becoming relevant. Thanks to all

Hello, it seems practically impossible to find the spare part of the right brake of my Xiaomi Mi 1S Swiss Edition model. Everyone only offers the left one. In Ticino it seems impossible to find it. Can anyone help me, does Digitec supply spare parts

I'm looking for a compact scooter that can easily fit in the small boot of my 3-door mini cooper, I currently have one that doesn't fit because of the handlebars.

I bought a scooter for the slope from the station to the house. Unfortunately, riding downhill wears out the brakes a lot. After about a month, the brakes are now worn out. Unfortunately, I can't find a repair shop in Zurich that would change the brakes. The Galaxus support team couldn't find me a local repair shop either. I don't feel like sending the scooter to Galaxus every month to have the brakes changed. The system is not well thought out. I will now try to get rid of the thing and then I will look for a local specialist shop with a repair shop. Buying online makes no sense if there is no local repair service afterwards. Galaxus should think about this, and the support should at least be able to find local repair shops for the models they sell. Until Galaxus has a sensible solution or service centres are established throughout Switzerland, I can only advise you not to buy here.

Segway has released their new e-scooter for pre-order. The community would be delighted to have the e-scooter in the Galaxus range. Galaxus can already pre-order the version for Germany (MAX G2 D). Of course, the version for Austria would also be interesting (MAX G2 E). The Segway Store does not list Switzerland separately, so these two versions would certainly be promising. How do I protect an e-scooter from theft? With a bicycle, I use a lock or a chain with a lock or a U-lock. The car has an immobiliser and I need the appropriate (electronic) key to start the engine. With the e-scooter?

With which e-scooter can I get up the Swiss mountain roads at 20 km/h? The reviews of many models say that you can only go uphill at 7 - 12 km/h...

Xiaomi has released their new e-scooter for pre-order. Galaxus can already pre-order the version for Austria. The community would be happy about the e-scooter in the Galaxus range. Xiaomi and Segway currently dominate the market and therefore the said e-scooter would certainly not be wrong in the Galaxus range ;) Compared to the "Segway MAX G2", the "4 Ultra" has a whopping 500W output power and manages a maximum output of 940W. The G2 can't quite keep up with 450W and a maximum power of 900W. What does the community think of this "beast"? Source: https://mi-austria.at/xiaomi-ele...

Apart from the Hitec models, which look like scooters with a saddle, I can't find any more scooter-like models on Galaxus. Is it because of production difficulties in Asia or have importers stopped selling them in Europe?
