The Lite Hike (Lady) GTX is lightweight and functional, making it a perfect companion for many sporting adventures in nature. The hand-applied rubber belt offers protection for foot and shoe. The free-running Speedwire of the variofix® system pulls evenly tight around the heel when lacing up. The grippy profile of the Meindl Multigrip® G4 sole with continuous EVA soft-tread wedge + TPU heel stabilizer gives secure grip and wonderful cushioning. The sole incorporates 22% recycled rubber, which is a by-product of the normal sole production process. The recycled rubber content was chosen so that the sole is still manufactured in the usual Meindl quality.
