The X-LOCK Fiber Disc R444 Expert for Metal provides an impressive surface finish on metal surfaces. The sturdy backing plate made of vulcanized fiber ensures a consistent grinding process. The aluminum oxide abrasive is particularly well-suited for work on metal. This fiber disc is designed for deburring and preparing welding work on carbon steel, construction steel, non-ferrous metals, and cast iron. It is also ideal for removing discoloration, deposits, and surface defects. X-LOCK grinding discs are compatible with standard angle grinders as well. Thanks to the tool-free X-LOCK system, the fiber discs can be changed quickly and easily. The discs are suitable for mounting on an X-LOCK or standard rubber backing pad.
