The 1/2" COMPETITION ratchet torque spanner is designed for controlled clockwise tightening in the torque range from 20 to 200 Nm. As a mechanical torque spanner with a 1/2" ratchet, it has a double scale in Nm and lbf-ft for precise setting as well as a finely graduated Nm micrometre scale. The large viewing window with magnifying function makes it easy to read during everyday work. The torque release is clearly audible and perceptible thanks to the short travel release. The robust 72-tooth ratchet mechanism with a 5° swing-back angle enables precise employees, even when there is little space available. The ratchet torque spanner is also equipped with a push-button quick-release function on the ratchet head.

The torque is set quickly and safely by turning the handle and secured using the locking option on the handle. The ergonomic 2-component handle with soft zone supports a hand-friendly application. The square drive is designed in accordance with DIN 3120 and ISO 1174 with ball lock. The release accuracy is +/-3 %, the torque spanner is repeatable and precise with at least 5,000 load cycles. An individual serial number for unique product identification and the declaration of calibration conformity in accordance with DIN EN ISO 6789:2017(E) are also included. The COMPETITION torque spanner is supplied in a sturdy plastic case.
