The socket inserts range from 6 to 24 mm. Deep inserts are available in sizes 10 to 17 mm and are designed for long protruding threaded bolts. Special inserts for spark plugs are available in sizes 14, 16, 18, and 21 mm. The sockets feature a square drive for hex screws (4 to 10 mm) and TX screws (20 to 45 mm). The most important component is the ratchet mechanism, which is forged from a single piece of CrV steel. It is hardened and features flawless teeth, with several of the 72 teeth engaging simultaneously to transmit extremely high torque. The ratchet includes a release mechanism that allows the inserts to be released at the push of a button.
