right of withdrawal
good evening, could you tell me if the right of withdrawal is still valid after opening the watch packaging and trying it once on the wrist, taking care not to leave any marks on the watch and packaging? Thank you!

Great company online, the prices are incredible and vary according to demand and certain criteria. For example the watches are very competitive and really cheap compared to the market price and the competition. Moreover the prices fluctuate regularly which allows to have a watch at the best price and what is good digitec always displays the prices of the competition and even allows itself to give the best price even if it doesn't come from digital I'm not sure if it's a good idea to buy a watch at the same price as the competition. I collect watches before I used to go to a specialised site but I was paying a lot for my watches and then one day I discovered digitec and galaxus and since then all my purchases are made exclusively on these two sites. I recommend digitec with fervor and I give 5 stars, too bad there are no more stars but I also give 10 out of 10.

In my opinion, there should be a filter with which I can display watches with sapphire crystal. Who wants a watch that has scratched glass after 6 months? Especially with today's designs where the glass is even set off on top of the frame. This filter would also set a certain quality level. Since the cheaper models all use only mineral glass. Thx Christian

Now I've been searching and filtering for 20 minutes and all I really want is "All wristwatches between 400 and 600 francs". Either I sort by "Most expensive" and scroll backwards forever or by "Cheapest" and scroll forwards forever. I basically praise Galaxus to all my friends but now I'm actually very frustrated right now. Why is such a simple feature not implemented for thousands of items (in this case watches)?

It would be great if Certina (e.g. the DS Action Diver) watches were included in the range! :)

Hi! Would be great if you could filter the watches by case shape (rectangular, oval, round, square, etc.).

Hello I am looking for a watch for max. 500 Fr. what brands or models can you recommend. It should be about 40 mm. Quartz or automatic doesn't really matter. Maybe you can help me. I've got my eye on a few Tissot and Zeno watches so far.... LG

For certain categories and filters, the setting options do not make sense. For example, watches and their case diameters. No one wants to buy a watch with a diameter of exactly 42.2mm, but they (like me) are looking for a watch with a diameter larger than 40mm. So settings like >40mm would make a lot more sense and be more pleasant for customers like me.

Hello people Are you thinking of adding Seiko watches to the range?

Will the Casio Pro Trek WSD-F20-RGBAE also be added to the range?

I have been looking for a simple analogue watch with a metal bracelet in a matt bronze/brown tone for some time now. Unfortunately, I only find rose gold, which is too bright, too fancy and for philosophical reasons I don't wear gold. It should also be a watch only plain, not a chronograph with a thousand unnecessary functions. 3 years ago I was already looking for a complete black watch, which is now available in abundance. But now I want a brown one.
