Hi. I have a less than two month old laptop (Lenovo ThinkPad E14 Gen 7) with a defective display (display is working only intermittently). I have the skills and the equipment to safely remove the SSD before sending the device in for repair. My question is: can I do it? Or will digitec or the service center complain about the missing SSD? (I am aware that I can just wipe the SSD. But I am curious.)

Do you use the Post website, do you go to the counter, or do you have another solution? I wonder if it would be worth having a tool that automatically makes labels from screenshots (instead of typing everything out). Or is the normal website actually okay? How do you currently do it?

I now have a 2-pin connection on the Ecoflow (unfortunately only an open one). Which adapter do I now need to connect the 3-pin 'thin' plugs that are common here in Switzerland? It must fit and be secure.

Unfortunately, there is no section where you can select glides or rings for the shower curtains. I have not found a single shower curtain with glides (click system). Some of them say that both options are available, but you can't select them, you can only add them to your cart. The curtains there are then with rings instead of glides. I looked at over 200 curtains....schade.

Hello Digitec - this is the second time that Planzer has deposited a (valuable) Digitec/Galaxus parcel on my doorstep (in Kleinbasel) and then confirmed the deposit by e-mail "deposited according to your instructions". 1. i did not provide any details 2. we were at home (especially because of the upcoming delivery) and the doorbell wasn't even rung This is the second time (both times a laptop). I would ask you to have a serious word with your logistics partner in the interests of your customers, or to use the postal service again, which is much more professional and reliable. I noticed that my Xiaomi 15 still has August Security patch, even now in December. I changed region to Germany and there was immediately a MIUI 3 update with October patch. Why is that? Do the updates work with a delay in Switzerland?

I sent my daughter's godfather a link with my daughter's Christmas wish, a 3D pen for CHF 69. When he ordered the pen, it cost CHF 119 and didn't realise that it was an overpriced offer from a third-party supplier. We were both very annoyed by Galaxus' greedy and non-transparent policy. As a long-standing customer, we will increasingly order elsewhere in future, as we don't want to continue to support this huckstering.

Bloody hell, Digitec - it's not that difficult after all: Now I look at the powerbanks and see 36 of them which, according to your specifications, have a capacity of less than 100 mA. Of course these values are not correct. It would be easy to set limits for certain fields, outside of which a human being (how old-fashioned, I know...) would have to keep an eye on it. But instead there is the possibility that customers will report incorrect values - in which case the adaptation of the software is more worthwhile... With correct data, I would find the filter functions extremely useful, but like this... Maybe the Community can somehow create some pressure? What do you think?

Surface: Anodised titanium Engraving: Serial number I have an ultra-light knife with an anodised titanium handle and I am looking for something to make the serial number in the handle stand out even more. So I'm looking for a kind of wax pen or whatever you call them that are used for firearms etc. to colour the serial number. As a kind of pen/marker/wax that is UV and water resistant and does not smudge. And is not absorbed too quickly and can still be wiped off in time, so that only the deep areas (engraving) remain filled with colour. I don't know if something like this is listed here on Galaxus, as the selection of pens is overwhelming and the names don't always include the area of application. But maybe someone can help me. Thank you.

Hello together I suggest to Digitec that for products shipped via Planzer Paket, an estimated delivery time of 1 - 7 days, or "sometime when it fits" is generally displayed instead of the usual "next day". This would improve communication considerably. It would be easier to decide and the expectations would be more in line with reality. Can something like this be implemented? What do you think? Hello everyone I am looking for an electric drum grater that is also suitable for making breadcrumbs. The process would be as follows: Cut the bread into cubes, leave them to dry in the oven and then grind them in the grater. The crumbs should be somewhat coarser - about the size of "Brösmeli" or crumbs, i.e. coarser than standard breadcrumbs. Does anyone know of a shaver/trimmer that can be charged with USB-C? All the Philips and Braun are really getting on my nerves with their own power supplies and plugs. Just to charge my trimmer I have to get out the necessary charger every time.
