I received an e-mail asking me to use the bank details on the QR code, which I did, but if you look closely at the invoice there are two different bank details, which one is correct, please check your invoices yourself to see what is printed on them. Thank you very much
I would appreciate it if I could filter out all the reviews that were not given for the current product.
Example powerbanks, I would like to see all the reviews of the Digitec Powerback 5000mAh, but all the reviews of the other Digitec powerbanks also appear in the reviews, which makes it very tedious.
-> Why don't you let your customers filter out the reviews of other variants so that they only see exactly those reviews that have been left for the current product?
Merci!
I am looking for a holder for my smartphone (Samsung) that can be mounted on the edge of a table (not a stand), has a neck (e.g. gooseneck) and does not require a clamp for the mobile (e.g. magnetic). A 'nice-to-have' would be if the mobile could be charged directly in the holder.
Does anyone know of such a model?
Attention! If you receive e-mails from a free deep fryer from Galaxus.
This is a scam attempt.
I tried miserably Digitec Galaxus AG and INTERPOL to point out this news, With expectation and regret, give little credence.
I hope that several of those affected will take notice.
EDIT: This article is outdated and therefore not up to date.
I only wish I could archive and/or delete the article here. (28.05.25)
Dear Columbus
I would like to have Alba. However I can not see the Language section of the products and would like to have English edition of Alba. Could you please support me about this situation ?

I'm looking for a NAS that can transcode 4K videos in H.265 format outside my network without any problems. At home I use an Apple TV that can handle H.265 without any problems (Direct Play).
My Plex Media Server is used by 2-3 users at the same time, so sufficient performance for parallel streams is important.
Do you have any recommendations for a powerful NAS that fulfils my requirements? What do you think of Ugreen?
Which box for Mytvonline+ and Swisscom Blue TV apps?
Hello everyone, on which box can I install Mytvonline+ and Swisscom Blue TV? Both are not available in the Play Store for the "Google TV Streamer 4K, Porcelain" box.
"Have they been drinking varnish?" How do you come to a price of CHF 1769?
If you buy it in a neighbouring country and pay customs duty, you're still around CHF 400 cheaper, depending on the country. If you take the "China" version, you almost get two smartphones for this price.
How does digitec come to this price?
I am looking for a keyboard for my PC where the backlight is always on as soon as you switch on the PC and not only when you press the first key. Does anyone know of such a model?
Hello everyone,
I am looking for an electric kettle without any plastic, in particular it must not have any plastic on the inside. Unfortunately, most of them have plastic in the inner part of the lid! Why is that??? Does anyone really know a good kettle without plastic?
Hello together
Has anyone had any experience with this offer?
I would like to operate my own router after the ONT-Box.
Is this possible without any problems?
Or is the ONT-Box somehow blocked by Sky and preconfigured with a MAC connection to the router supplied?
Sky provides the following devices for this purpose:
- ONT-Box ->> Huawei OptiXstar HN8010Ts-20
- Router ->> TP-Link HB-210
Sky support was useless.
Do new robot hoovers really need dust bags or is this just a sales gimmick?
More and more new robot hoovers are coming with small dust bags instead of a simple container, as is the case with Dyson, for example. But why? A container can be emptied and cleaned easily, whereas with the bags you have to keep buying more. Is this really more practical, more hygienic or just a means of generating additional sales?
Hello together
I am looking for a vacuum/mopping robot. There is a lot of information on the internet, but all the descriptions are positive, which I can't imagine.
-It should be able to vacuum and mop (flat approx. 100 square metres)
-Clean corners (of course it's not perfect)
-have an app that is also good for something
-be fairly priced and not overpriced (700-800 is already too much according to my research)
Thanks in advance for your help
The range is a bit difficult to navigate because it's not always clear whether it's really just the oil/extract or a toner (with alcohol and what's white) or a cooking ingredient (flavourings only).
Can anyone help me with this or recommend a specialised shop? I need the following:
* Aloe Vera
* Rose oil
Both organic, because most of them come from abroad.
I have now found the rest after hours.
What is the difference between these two variants, apart from the fact that the body lotion is 10x more expensive?
Internet research has shown that the *edible oil* may be richer in content because it is labelled for consumption.
In a nutshell; can I use the (cheaper) cooking oil for a homemade ointment?
This is really cheeky and as a longstanding Digitec/Galaxus customer you feel really cheated..... I wanted to buy the Moza AB9 FFB base for my simulator project. When I saw that the base was much cheaper on Galaxus.de than in Switzerland, I lost faith in fair prices at Galaxus/Digitec. The base is still cheaper at Galaxus Deutschland despite the 11% higher VAT. If you adjust for the tax, the base is 100CHF cheaper than in Switzerland. Shame on you Digitec.
So if I see an offer and then buy it and add it to cart, then click on pay, and then the price in the cart changes, that's cheeky. The product is added to cart because I want to pay for it. The price should be locked there according to the dynamic procedure. 199 then 203 when paying, which is customer-unfriendly, I want these 4 Fr. as GU. And I'll report it to Kassensturz. Because legally it is not a verb. Offer. That means you can adjust prices, but if I "want to pay in the payment process and it becomes more expensive", that's unfair enrichment for me. I mean, if I pay for a flight ticket and it costs 200, I can't be told that we'll add another 20. That's not price roulette. Then it's not prices but price flags that change the sum depending on your mood and direction.
Hello everyone, I'm toying with the idea of getting a foldable smartphone, but I'm still quite undecided as to which model. I've already had various Android slabphones, until recently an iPhone (for about 7 years) and now a Pixel Pro 9 XL. Which of the foldables would be best for everyday use and for photo editing (as I like to take photos and edit my pictures "on the go" (i.e. on the mobile). I'm not sure which model would suit me best here in Switzerland. Oppo Find N5, Honor Magic V5 or Samsung Z Fold 7. It also makes it a lot harder for me to decide as it feels like I can only try out the Samsung Fold Z 7 in the shops. Can someone possibly give me a test report that is not just superficial and after 1 week, but after a longer period of use? Thanks in advance :)
I have just ordered an Officejet Pro as it did well in the last test in the forum and has the number 1 sales rank.
Now I've read the discussions and articles about the ink subscription and I'm no longer so sure whether it was a good decision....
Can I use the HP without an ink subscription or will I be forced to do so during the initial installation?
I used to have an Epson XP-7100 but it gave up the ghost after 5 years and I haven't found a decent replacement.
Thanks for your support.
Greetings
Dear techies, I am looking for a new PC CAS monitor. I work with ArchiCAD on a daily basis and need a new monitor for other workstations. I currently have a Dell UP3216Q, but unfortunately it is no longer available to buy. Because I am very happy with it. The size (32 inches), resolution, settings and handling are good for me. Nevertheless, I can well imagine going for a new generation curved monitor. But I haven't found anything convincing, either the brightness isn't optimal or the workmanship is like a plastic block. Quality comes before price, the ratio has to be right for me to buy. Perhaps someone has a good tip for me, thank you very much!
