The filter functions of Galaxus are already quite good (in most categories) and are getting better and better, so here's a new suggestion: It would be good if you could **exclude** entries instead of just including them. For example, if I'm looking for products that come from somewhere other than China, that would be helpful. Or everything except PTFE coating, and so on.

It would be nice if Galaxus could include the drilling distance in the filter selection. Without this, the search for a suitable replacement handle is very tedious.

I am looking for a closed office headset with a boom microphone that is as mechanically tight as possible. As I work in a very noisy open-plan office, my current ANC headset reaches its limits with voices and ambient noise. Hello Digitec - this is the second time that Planzer has deposited a (valuable) Digitec/Galaxus parcel on my doorstep (in Kleinbasel) and then confirmed the deposit by e-mail "deposited according to your instructions". 1. i did not provide any details 2. we were at home (especially because of the upcoming delivery) and the doorbell wasn't even rung This is the second time (both times a laptop). I would ask you to have a serious word with your logistics partner in the interests of your customers, or to use the postal service again, which is much more professional and reliable. In the last few months, my orders have often only been delivered after a few days, although the shop advertised delivery the following day. A very recent example: I ordered two smaller products at around 11:00am, both of which were in stock and both showed "delivery tomorrow". I selected the post office as my preferred delivery agent and did NOT select "slow delivery". The order still said "Delivery tomorrow". On the following day, although my order said "Delivery today", it also said "0 of 2 dispatched" and none of the products had been handed over to the post office yet, i.e. it was clear that the products would not be delivered that day. The order then arrived 2 days late. In the meantime, if I really want to have the delivery guaranteed the next day, I have to have it delivered to a store and go and collect it. I realise that Digitec apparently has a high volume of orders at the moment and that there may therefore be delays in delivery. But why isn't it written in the store that the delivery may not arrive for a few days? Why do they still advertise next-day delivery if this is no longer true in most cases anyway? Have you had similar experiences with delivery times? What do you think?

For some time now, Digitec has been randomly using PLANZER as a delivery carrier. Unfortunately this carrier is unreliable, arrives late and often cannot find the house (once I had to stand in the street and point it out). I complained to support and was told that it is not possible for the customer to decide the carrier. Incidentally, one of the reasons I used to order from Digitec was that you order by 4pm and receive the following morning, which is no longer true. You order today and if it goes well you receive the day after tomorrow. So if things don't change, I think I will turn to other shops like Brack (which uses the post) for my next orders and Digitec will remain as a last resort. Regards Stephen

Hello, I ordered a new TV on Tuesday afternoon and it was supposed to be delivered the next day by Planzer, at least that's what they promised. Later that afternoon on Wednesday, Planzer left another parcel from a different supplier on my doorstep without making itself known in any way, someone was definitely at home at the time. On Wednesday evening 21 September I receive an email from Planzer saying "Your parcel could not be delivered" and no further information. In response to my enquiry on Thursday, I receive "4 December 2025, 15:24 Renewed delivery triggered" Expected delivery 5.12. It is now Friday 5 December at 4.35 pm and there is still no parcel in sight. However, shortly before midday today a Planzer delivery van was on the road in our neighbourhood but didn't stop at our house and didn't deliver anything. I'm beginning to think it's more likely to be Christchind than a delivery today. Are these problems normal?
