Besides all the thermal pads in the shop, it would be interesting to be able to buy PTM7950 here as well. Unfortunately I can only find this material from an online shop that I don't trust at all... And the usual procedure of ordering from abroad is not really appealing to me...

Hello Forum I purchased a regular Windows 11 licence from you. The product key was covered with a scratch-off layer on the packaging. When I uncovered it, this layer unfortunately bonded so strongly with the print that the key became unreadable or damaged. After my enquiry with Digitec Support, I only received the advice to carefully remove the key. As this is no longer possible and you apparently do not provide replacement keys yourself, I am now without a usable licence - even though I purchased the software regularly. Does anyone have any idea how I can still get my valid licence key? Is it possible to obtain a replacement key using the proof of purchase or the serial number on the packaging? Many thanks for your support.

I recently bought a rare LEGO set, and unfortunately, the original box arrived visibly damaged. As a collector, this was incredibly disappointing—not just because of the aesthetics, but because the condition of the original packaging significantly affects the value and integrity of the set. When I contacted Galaxus about the issue, this was their response: “Please note that the outer packaging and original packaging are used to protect products during transportation. Damage – especially to the original packaging – may be unattractive, but is not a cause for concern as long as the product itself is undamaged and in perfect working order. Damage to the packaging can therefore not be processed as transport damage.” Honestly, I found this quite frustrating. This kind of reply completely downplays how important the original box is—especially for rare or retired sets. To many of us in the LEGO community, the box is PART of the product. It’s not just cardboard. It represents the set’s history, collector value, and resale potential. A damaged box can mean a significant drop in value—even if the bricks inside are untouched. I’m shocked that a sales operations specialist handling collectible items doesn’t seem to recognize this. I’m curious—has anyone else had similar experiences? How do you usually deal with sellers who don’t understand the collector’s perspective?

Good evening. I bought the H14 PRO in December 2024. For a few days now, the motor has been running intermittently. The vacuum cleaner, on the other hand, continues to work fine. I've cleaned the hose with the broom provided, I've cleaned the dust filter, I've reset it, I've disconnected it from the app, but the defect continues. In addition, when I put the machine on the charging base, the charging starts but after a few seconds the display switches off and the battery doesn't recharge. Is there anything I can do or do I have to contact service ? Thank you

Hello everyone! Has anyone ever had any experience with the company SG Elektronik AG in St. Gallen (evisto.ch)? Digitec/Galaxus occasionally sells products on behalf of this company at quite attractive prices. Given the low prices, I wonder which lorry these products have fallen off. The website doesn't really make a good impression. I could be wrong of course, but trust is good, control is better. I'd be interested to hear what you think of the shop! Merci and regards
