3C - Safety certification (China Compulsory Certification)

Please indicate which PowerBank complies with the new 3C safety certification (China Compulsory Certification). Please also add a filter for this. Stricter regulations now apply to the carriage of power banks on certain flights. This was triggered by safety problems.

    Powerbank WITHOUT standby mode...

I am looking for a suitable power bank to power a sensor (Sensirion Minion) via a USB connection. Unfortunately, most powerbanks have an automatic standby mode. However, since the sensor has almost no consumption, it automatically switches off the power supply again after a short time. => Is there a powerbank/battery that does NOT go into standby mode and continuously feeds the sensor?

Why not use Wh as the price per unit?

In general, mAh makes little sense, without V you ultimately don't know what power the power bank can deliver.....

    Anker Powerbank

It would be cool if the new Anker powerbank 25.000mAh external battery with 3X 100W USB-C ports for multi-device charging power, integrated + retractable cable would come on digitec because you can't buy it in Switzerland.

    Powerbank with AC input

There are some power banks that you can hang directly on the wall using an AC plug. I find this really practical for holidays, so you don't have to carry an extra mains adapter with you, but have everything in one. Why don't the big manufacturers offer this? When I search online, I only find smaller or noname suppliers.

    High-quality power bank

Hello, I'm looking for a high-quality power bank (maybe even made of metal?) It should have a capacity of around 20,000 mAh and not be a big, heavy block so that I can take it with me everywhere. Is there such a thing?

    Powerbank with replaceable batteries

The Swiss Confederation recommends stocking a power bank with solar or replaceable batteries for emergencies. Solar performs poorly when tested, too hot in the sun, too little charging power. So I want to get a model with replaceable batteries. I found the "GP Batteries BATTERY CHARGER" among the chargers. Does anyone else know of such a device here?

    Charging via USB-C?

Is it possible to filter by whether the power bank is charged via USB-C (instead of micro USB)? I find it difficult to get an overview here.

    Powerbank for photo/video power supply

I find it amazing that there are thousands of products that are designed solely to charge smartphones, tablets, laptops etc. but no products that can power photo/video/audio devices in parallel. So here is a specification list of what a power bank should have: - 2x USB C output - 2x USB A output - All outputs electrically decoupled from each other to prevent interference from ground loops - ¼" Thread in the housing for direct mounting on camera rigs - > 30 W combined power - PD 3 - QC 3 - No automatic switch-off when the connected devices require a low power supply - Most compact form factor possible - Variants with 10, 15, 20 and 26.8 Ah capacity None of this is electronically exotic, but apparently there is no such thing. If there is, I would be pleased to receive constructive feedback.

Powerbank that works as a UPS for Raspberry Pi

I am looking for a power bank that is suitable as an uninterruptible power supply for a Raspi. I have just bought an onit ( https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/onit-powerbank-20000-mah-pd-20000-mah-20-w-74-wh-powerbank-36940104 ) which is supposed to support pass-through charging and, according to information from another supplier, is suitable as a UPS. Unfortunately, no luck. When connecting/disconnecting the power bank to the power supply, the power supply is briefly interrupted, which the Pi does not like. I also have the impression that the output voltage is lower when the power bank is plugged in. But I haven't measured it yet. Does anyone have a tip for a power bank that has been proven to work as a UPS? I want to be able to operate a portable media player with it.

    Powerbank with 12V DC output

I need a powerbank with 12V DC output, would there be alternatives to the Sandberg 20'000mAh for 106CHF? By the way, I think it would be smart to filter by 12V DC outputs instead of redundant USB designations or charging technology designations.

    Specification of the watt hours

Hello Digitec, can you please also state the watt hours [W/h] in the product specifications? On the one hand, this is important to know whether you are allowed to take the thing on the plane. Over 100 W/h is often forbidden there. Also, the mA/h figure does not tell you much about the capacity as long as you do not know the internal battery voltage (usually below 5V), which is what the mA/h refers to. Merci vilmal!

Interesting filter to add: UN 38.3 certified

The UN 38.3 standard certifies batteries that are accepted on planes when travelling. An interesting point when you're holiday shopping.

    Powerbank that charges Garmin Smartwatch

Not every PB charges smartwatches. Who knows what is important? The manual for the Garmin Lily says you can charge it from a computer or from a power plug. I want to be able to charge it on the move, with a PB. Who has advice? I bought one from RealPower and it switches off after a few seconds of charging. Does not work.

    Which powerbank can you recommend?

I am looking for a powerful powerbank that can charge mobile phones quickly and does not need to be connected to the mains for hours when the powerbank is charging. So fast charging, power saving and good results. Would be suitable for Samsung and I phones ect.
