Hello I miss the filter about the radio standard (Zwave, Zigbee, Wifi, Bluetooth, ...)

I am looking for a thermometer/sensor for a mobile application where I can track the temperature remotely via my mobile. WLAN/LAN is therefore not available and a Bluetooth or radio connection is not sufficient. Ideally, the sensor should send the data via mobile phone (possibly with a SIM card). Who knows something like this?

Hello Community I am looking for a weather station with which I can record and store the room temperature over a longer period of time. I don't need full weather analysis and therefore don't want to spend more than 50 francs.

Hello DG and Community I'm wondering whether DG really has the many dropshippers under control. I am looking for a simple weather station. Along with some other dodgy suppliers, I stumbled across the Sainlogic devices. I can't say anything about the quality - but according to the sparse technical information (FCC document), the sensors communicate at 915 MHz (approximately, if you believe the tests on the relevant radio portals). As far as I know, 915 MHz is not authorised in Switzerland. Now Sainlogic itself only lists one device as "EU". Unfortunately, due to a lack of information, I was unable to find out how the sensors communicate. Now for the real challenge: DG has three Sainlogic devices in its range (Droppshipper evisto.ch (SC Elektronik AG, St. Gallen)). So at least two devices are not authorised in CH. In addition, the user "Robertine" noted a year ago (according to ComSys) that the sensors of the device "Sainlogic Solar Weather Station" (https://www.galaxus.ch/de/s2/product/sainlogic-solarwetterstation-wetterstation-18347601) run on the unauthorised 915 MHz. Laura Robach from DG replied as follows "This product has been removed from our range, we no longer sell it at all" . How can I now ensure that a product purchased in CH is also approved in CH for products such as inexpensive weather stations where not all specifications can always be found? Sobering greetings Dani

I am looking for a stable and reliable weather station that can at least measure wind direction, wind speed and precipitation. UV/light intensity would also be cool, but I know of other options. Temp/humidity is not a must, as I already have something. Preferably metal. I'm looking for something with an open interface that I can read out via Python/whatever and integrate into my existing Grafana setup. A gateway would be OK, but only WITHOUT a diversion via the cloud. Does anyone know anything?
