With the Homematic IP Wall Thermostat – basic, a time-controlled regulation of room temperature can be set up with just a few steps using Homematic IP radiator thermostats or Homematic IP underfloor heating actuators. Individual temperature profiles with up to 13 changes per day can be defined in 3 or 6 adjustable profiles (3 for heating / 3 for cooling). The number of profiles depends on whether the wall thermostat is used for controlling Homematic IP radiator thermostats (3 heating profiles) or underfloor heating actuators (3 heating and 3 cooling profiles). Setup is done via the Homematic IP app. After setup, three easy-to-use buttons are available for manual operation, allowing precise temperature selection in 0.5 °C increments, quick heating via the boost function, and adjustments to the heating profiles. The large LC display makes it easy to read the set and actual temperature as well as the measured humidity. The sensor can be attached at the desired position using the included adhesive strip or screws, depending on the need. It can also be placed on an existing flush-mounted box. Thanks to the long-lasting LR6 battery power supply (typical 5 years) and wireless communication, no additional wiring is required. Intelligent control: Individual temperature profiles can be easily created via the app – with up to 3 adjustable heating profiles and 13 changes per day. This allows for fully automatic temperature regulation, heating only when energy is needed. The buttons enable precise manual temperature adjustment in 0.5 °C increments. The boost function allows for quick heating of the room at the push of a button.
