Special toroidal search

Hello everyone, I am looking for a toroidal with 220v input and 9 or 12 and 31v outputs. Impossible to find. The one I have to replace is from Toroïd international. Even the manufacturer is impossible to find. No response from his customer, a manufacturer of height-adjustable watchmaking workbenches, which is the type of equipment I need. Can anyone help me? Best UP, unfortunately I can't find anything here except for DIN rails.
