Hello, I did a PC integrity check yesterday to upgrade to Win11, everything is compatible so far, but the programme says the following: TPM 2.0 is not activated! My question: How do I activate it? I have installed the MSI B550M Pro-VDH WIFI motherboard, where this TPM 2.0 should be on it according to MSI and must be activated. Can I do this myself or is it better to go to a specialist? I'm an expert in this area with a sound knowledge base. Thanks for any tips.

I have an HP Elite notebook with Windows 11. Can anyone tell me whether it is possible to run Windows 10 on this notebook as well as Windows 11. I really need it because the best of all accounting software, MS Money98, no longer runs on Windows 11. Many thanks for a tip. Hans Weder

Hello Digitec Community What is the best way to synchronise files between two computers? I want to synchronise files on my laptop (at university) with my PC (at home). Laptop and PC are running Windows 10 and I would like to have the files not only in a cloud but also offline in case I don't have network etc. OneDrive with offline mode would be a simple, fast option. I also thought about using software such as FreeFileSync. How do you synchronise your data?

Many people also use the questions for opinions or hints, which are then often flooded with a bunch of dislikes. Also, sometimes comments end up in the ratings that have nothing to do with a product rating (for an example, see below: https://www.digitec.ch/de... ). This is often confusing and has a negative effect on the rating of the products. For example, in the comments there could be notes on the product or compatibility, which are neither a question nor a rating. Of course, the issue is not particularly important now. I can also imagine that the product pages might look a bit crowded if comments are displayed in addition to questions and ratings... Would something like that make sense at all or would it rather lead to more chaos? Maybe the comments could also be hidden so that you have to unfold them first. Unfortunately, Firefox has deactivated almost all add-ons with the latest update (Video DownloadHelper, adblockplus, YouTube Unblocker Plus, etc.) 😠 Of course I can use Google Chrome, but I like Firefox and want to continue using it. What can you do if Firefox disables an add-on? If an unsigned add-on is deactivated, you can no longer use it. The add-ons page will display the warning "could not be verified for use in Firefox and has been disabled". You can remove the add-on from Firefox and install a signed version from Mozilla's add-ons page if one is available. If a signed version is not available, contact the add-on developer or manufacturer to get an updated, signed version of the extension. You can also ask the developer to sign their extension. For experienced users: What are your options if you want to use an unsigned add-on? In the Firefox versions ESR (Extended Support Release), Developer Edition and Nightly, you can override the setting to force extension signing. To do this, change the xpinstall.signatures.required setting to false in the Firefox configuration editor (the about:config page). To override the language pack signing requirement, change the extensions.langpacks.signatures.required setting to false. There are also special versions of Firefox that allow this override.
